LEGAL EXPERIENCE

Mr. McCombs founded The Law Office of Jeffrey R. McCombs, P.C. in January 2007,
after spending the previous six years at Henderson, Smith, & McCombs. Mr. McCombs is
focusing his practice in the areas of civil litigation, debtor/creditor litigation, bankruptcy, and
family law. Mr. McCombs has handled thousands of collection/subrogation cases.
Including handling cases in two different states for one of the largest insurance companies in
the United States.  Mr. McCombs has 11 years experience in the bankruptcy courts
representing creditors and debtors, individuals and corporations.
